The rules for using Florisyn.

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Florisyn public pages, trial accounts, paid subscriptions, and related services.

Important: These terms are a practical launch template and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before commercial launch.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Florisyn, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able and authorized to accept these terms for the business account.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining credential confidentiality, and activity performed through your account. Notify Florisyn promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Trial and subscriptions

Eligible accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access to paid features may require an active Starter, Pro, or Premium subscription. Current prices and included features are displayed on the signup page and may be updated with appropriate notice.

Fees and third parties

Florisyn does not add hidden Florisyn software fees. Payment processors, buy-now-pay-later companies, messaging providers, domain registrars, AI providers, and other optional third parties may charge their own disclosed fees.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation according to the subscription controls and instructions available to your account. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Florisyn to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, access another account without authorization, interfere with platform security, send unlawful communications, or process prohibited products or services.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of business content and data you submit, subject to rights needed for Florisyn and its service providers to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide the service.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving prices, recipes, marketing, images, business decisions, and customer-facing content before use.

Florist responsibilities

Each florist remains responsible for its products, substitutions, taxes, delivery promises, refunds, customer communications, employee practices, and compliance with applicable law.

Availability and changes

Florisyn may improve, replace, add, suspend, or remove features. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve data and provide notice for material changes when practical.

Disclaimers

Florisyn is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Florisyn does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific revenue, search ranking, business results, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Florisyn’s liability should be limited as stated in a final attorney-reviewed agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or conduct that threatens the platform or other users.
